Field Service Technician
Sun for Rent is a young fast-growing company pioneering new solutions for remote power and temporary mobile power. Our goal is to replace fossil fuel generators with solar-powered alternatives. Join the team of motivated individuals on a path to change mobile power forever!
Requirements:
⁃ Valid driving license
⁃ Clean driving record
⁃ Experience towing
⁃ Basic mechanical and electrical experience
⁃ Willing to work out of town
⁃ English literacy
Responsibilities:
⁃ Provide service and maintenance to solar generators during field visits
⁃ Maintain a fleet of solar generators in/out of the field
⁃ Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
⁃ Deliver/retrieve mobile solar trailers to/from location
⁃ Operate 1-ton service truck (class C license)
⁃ Maintain a clean driving record
⁃ Work out of town 2-4 days/week
⁃ Other duties as assigned
